Our Story
Carnitas Don Cuco has been serving traditional Mexican food in Pacoima for more than 13 years. What began as a local neighborhood restaurant has become a place families return to for carnitas, handmade tortillas, traditional Mexican plates, breakfast, tacos, burritos, tortas, caldos and much more. Our goal has remained simple: serve satisfying Mexican food with plenty of choices for the whole family.

Carnitas Don Cuco serves food prepared when ordered, with plenty of choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy carnitas, carne asada, birria, chile rellenos, mole con pollo, chicharrón en salsa verde, costillas de puerco en salsa roja or verde, bistec ranchero and enchiladas. The menu also includes tacos, burritos, tortas, quesadillas, gorditas, huaraches, sopes and more. Breakfast favorites, hearty caldos and handmade tortillas add even more variety to a menu made for different tastes and cravings.
